So my card's fan was clicking, and I set up an RMA. A few weeks later i think i received my replacement card and it has a different power connector for it then my original. Now keep in mind that my original card worked just fine but since i had just built my new gaming rig i figured i could finally fix my old rig and still continue to game. My old rig has an AGP slot not sure if that has anything to do with the power pin set going from 6 pin to mini 4 pin. I only have one min 4 pin power on my rig and it is being used for the 3.5 floppy already. The support person i was dealing with told me to go and buy an adapter. Since this is my old computer and i had all ready sunk 2K into over the last 7 years, especially when i upgraded to this visontek video i had to upgrade the PSU. At that point i decided that i would not spend any more money on this old POS. I was then told an adapter was found and he was sending me out one, he asked for my address. This was on 2/18/2010. Have not received an adapter yet. 3/5/2010 I asked for my old card back no response.....

Got a message today that the adapter was shipped out to me. dude was checking the status. I never heard anything back after this. we will see what monday brings.

I am in the customer service industry (IT desktop support) and if i were to blow off a client i would be scalded since i do work for a somewhat small pharmaceutical company.

I do know that the accessories are typically sent out via US Postal Service which can take 5-7 days depending on location. I've seen USPS take 3 weeks to deliver even with an address within the same state as the company.
